Period comfort conquers all
Shop the Flex product family for the most comfortable period of your life.
How was the curse of bad periods finally broken?
Flex’s founder/CEO, Lauren Schulte Wang, has been working to grant women everywhere a more peaceful period for 10 years. But how did she find her happily ever after?
How it works —
1. Insert
Pinch and insert back and down, angled towards your tailbone. Tuck the disc up and behind your pubic bone. Most people get it by the second try.
2. Wear
Once inserted, you shouldn't feel it at all. Go to work, work out, swim, sleep. For 12 hours of wear time.
3. Remove
Bear down gently to push the disc forward. Hook a finger under the rim, removing slowly & parallel to the floor. Throw the Flex Disc away; rinse the Flex Reusable Disc with our foaming cleanser & reinsert.
We do it for our customers. Each Flex user has their own period experience to share.
Every fairy tale needs its people
I’m so pleased with the Flex disc! I used to have such painful and sometimes debilitating periods. Ever since I started using the Flex disc I have no more cramping at all. I tell all my female counterparts about it if the opportunity arises. I 100% recommend!
Overall I feel so much more sanitary than when using tampons. They also work great when I am on my period during jiu jitsu, I never feel like I have to check whether or not I am bleeding through any of my gear during training.
Wow! There’s nothing there, but there is and it is capturing everything! I had to use the cup for a few years, but there was pressure. The disc is a game changer for comfort & cleanliness
#nevergoingback #tellyourfriends!
The Flex reusable disc has changed my life! The comfort from no pad no tampon the extra mess and heat from the pad or tampon we won't even talk ab the irritation that comes with either one of them.. this is life changing
I deal with very long spurts of spotting due to some medical issues. Because of this, my periods last between 2-2.5 weeks. Finding these discs has been a life saver! I now only have week long periods and am surpassing a lot of that unnecessary spotting. I work full time and not worrying about having to change out a pad or tampon all the time for weeks has been a GAME CHANGER!
The Flex disc made my long travel day to see my long distance bf feel like a dream. Usually I dread changing my tampon on the plane and my period ruins intimacy, but with the disc I forgot I was even on my period! It genuinely feels like a miracle.
