    Hello Full Night Sleep!

    I love wearing mine at night so I don't need to wake up at 2am to change a tampon. I already get extra tired on my period and disturbed sleep made it worse. The reusable cups has been so nice for that.

    This saved me from dealing with a heavy flow

    My heavy flow days are heaaaavy. Like soaking thru a tampon every 90 mins to 2 hrs. I have to have a pad on just to make sure that it catches the overflow. Flex changed my life. I love the self emptying tech with the silicone disc. I love how comfortable it is, I forget that I have my period and can go about my day. I still use a pad on my heavy days to make sure I dont have accidents, but this little thing lasts for at least 8-9 hrs for me and then I can go pee and empty it out a little. Phew! Don't ever stop making this!

    The best thing invented

    Flex only

    I have used flex since 2017 around the time they launched. I will never go back to anything else. Flex is it for me. I love them. 12 hours- not TSS risk. No worries about leaking. I am not a fan of the loud noise the disposable paper ones make but I love them.

    Flex Disc Saved This Bride

    Having your period on your wedding day sounds like an absolute nightmare, right?

    Not with the Flex Reusable Disc!

    I was so frustrated that I got my period the day before my wedding day, but with a flex disc, it was no problem! I was able to go hours without worrying about leaks and would drain the disc when I went to the bathroom. Running around talking to guests and going crazy on the dance floor without worrying about how long it had been was a dream. Once my husband and I checked into our hotel room, we were able to take advantage of the mess free period sex (no hotel sheets or towels ruined).

    If you’re thinking about switching to a Flex Disc, do it! I promise you won’t regret it.
