The Flex Disc has been a true life changer for me. I noticed my period flow got heavier at a certain age and I was changing heavy-duty tampons every 3 hours (or even less). The disc has been amazing -- buy it once, use it for years. I wish I had tried this method years and years ago, I don't know what I was afraid of (it's just as easy as inserting a tampon). Yes, it gets a little messy on heavier flow days when you swap the discs twice a day, but honestly a little blood on your fingers is worth it to not have to spend $40 on tampons a month. I love that it self-empties and I don't need to put it back into place, it just goes back automatically.

flex discs have saved me so much hassle and stress by allowing me to wear whatever i want without worrying about a bulky pad or the uncomfortable string of a tampon. they are so comfortable and i’m literally never afraid of a leak which is so so nice. they have a bit of a learning curve, but to me are much easier to insert than menstrual cups i’ve tried, as well as tampons-idk if i’ve ever put a tampon i correctly tbh. i tell all my friends and family about flex discs now because they’ve actually changed my life. even besides all of that, the reusable disc has saved me so much money even though i’ve only had it for 3 months it’s already paid for itself
