The Cup's adjustable, patented pull-tab makes removal as easy as a tampon, the part beginners worry about most, while up to 12 hours of leak protection keeps you covered day and night. Size

Flex Cup, Foaming Cleanser, and 2 packs of Flex Wipes (24 wipes total); FSA & HSA eligible.

Size 1: Capacity of 2 super tampons (22mL) and for first-time menstrual cup users and pros with light or heavy flows.

    Best Menstrual Cup I've Ever Had

    I've only had one other menstrual cup in my life and this design is much more effective for the pull out method. It pulls the wall away so the suction doesn't hurt as much when you pull it out. I love using a menstrual cup as a busy woman. Now, all I have to do is put it in first thing in the morning, and clean and replace it at night before bed. What a life changer!

    Worth It!

    If you're wondering if the cleanser is worth the extra little cost it totally is. It lasts forever and I know it's both safe for the disc and my body. Regular soap, especially scented, can be harmful so why take the risk?!

    So much easier than I thought

    I was gifted this cup through a Womxn's Center event at my university and it has been a holy grail. I have always been intimidated by cups but really wanted one because I'm tired of spending money on pads and tampons, and I'm also afraid of the longterm effects of bleached cotton on my body. This cup took a bit of a learning curve (couldn't get it on one cycle so I had to wait til the next), but once I got it, I could just use it and forget about it. I love my Flex Cup!
