    So far so good!

    Sooo today was my first time trying the flex disc. Wanted to stay away from tampons due to the UC Berkeley article I saw which all tampons tested positive for metals. Also I get pretty bad cramps sometimes and I heard the disc or diva cup could help with those. Plus my flow is kinda heavy on days 2-3 and I was tired of leaking through and having to double up on tampons and pads.

    I will say I was a bit nervous because I had never the disc before but the instructions are pretty straightforward. The insertion didn’t hurt at all, it took me two times to get the hang of it and getting familiar with the placement. I got the reusable disc and it came with two extra discs inside and a little bag for them which I thought was honestly so sweet. Thank youuu!!!

    Makes having my period less annoying

    I had an IUD for years and got really accustomed to not having a period. I removed my IUD last year and wanted to try something different then traditional tampons for health related and environmental reasons. I didn't love the feeling of a cup and hesitantly tried this disc. I can't believe how it just really makes me forgot I have my period all together. Only having to take it out every 12 hours is incredible. I don't experience any leaking (I've had 3 children), don't feel it in, can work out with it in, and can empty it hands free when going to the bathroom. Also not spending money each month on tampons is great. Once you get the hang of it I promise you won't go back.

    Amazing

    I’ve been using tampons for almost my entire life, and switched to these during my last cycle. And truly, the EASIEST period of my life. Minimal cramping, where tampons gave me severe, I had very little leakage, and didn’t have to worry about bringing tampons or pads with me. 10/10 will be using again!

    Life changing

    I was skeptical at first. I’ve been eyeing these for the last year and decided to try them out in April. These are LIFE CHANGING. I now have a new relationship with my period and a different kind of appreciation for my body. I love how I’m able to sleep comfortably with these at night, run around during the day, and I don’t have to constantly worry about leaks. There were some adjustments in the beginning but after my 3rd cycle I have these down.

    Best thing ever

    I literally never ever ever write reviews, but I think this one is so important! I don’t know how I stumbled on this amazing product but have been using it for years, not only has it helped reduced my cramps, but it’s been so easy to use and made me forget that I’m on my period where tampons always reminded me. I really hope that it can help others the way it’s helped me.
